Feature request: Ability to edit item list of a household including clearing all standard items

What's the feature 🧐

We have a food coop which has only a specific set of items.

I'd like to have a household which only holds those items selectable. However, every household comes with a standard set. It would be great to be able to manage the preset items in a household.

When creating a household, you can set the language to none, which will not add any default items/categories/etc and create an empty household.
