Feature request: Seasonal ingredients filter for Recipes

What's the feature 🧐

Many ingredients are seasonal and their availability may depend on them.

Users should be able to:

• specify seasonal availability of ingredients (depending on their location),
• filter recipes by seasonal availability (e.g. filter out all recipes containing ingredients that are not in season).
• furthermore, specify alternatives for ingredients in a recipe, so that a recipe with a seasonal ingredient may be cooked the whole year round with alternatives for times when the "main ingredient" is not in season, but could be substituted for another ingredient that is either "in season" or always available.

Extra information and references

Environmental considerations also play a huge role. Buying ingredients during the local season is much more efficient. Giving users the chance to filter for seasonal recipes would be a huge step towards improving seasonal cooking.
