Cake Day is already on the Bastion profile embed when running !profile, why not fully implement it?

Command to add birthday for users in a given channel.
When its the users birthday they are given a specified role and a message is sent into the separate birthday announcement channel congratulating them for their awesome day!
The announcement can be customized using an embed etc.
