Has the "Global Speed" modifier been removed?

In the Table version 1.2.4 "Global Speed" was under "Open - Table v1.2.4 - Game v1.15" -> "Hero" -> "Hero" -> "Global Speed", but I was unable to find the same modifier anywhere in the version 3.2.1 of this table. Has that modifier been removed or is it just placed somewhere else? Thanks in advance.

1.2.4 is not a version that was ever provided on this repository or on our community.
If you have trouble finding things in our tables, hit Ctrl+F while having Cheat Engine as your active window.

I should probably mention that this feature might be broken since the game updated to v1.15.1 and v1.15.2.

Thanks for the reply. The version 1.2.4 was by igromanru (which seems to be an older version of this table) where it refered me here. I managed to find the "Global Speed" modifier, but it seems to be outdated.
