Auto-Use Rich in the REPL

I love this project, and I especially enjoy using Rich in the REPL for the aesthetics and visual indicators of type information, etc. I made the change to using Rich persist between REPL sessions using the PYTHONSTARTUP environment variable. Full instructions are here if you can tolerate some of my cornball humor.

If others saw value in this, I wonder if it could be a good addition to the docs (in a more succinct and professional tone, of course), maybe here: https://rich.readthedocs.io/en/stable/introduction.html#rich-in-the-repl?
