进程监控，能考虑新增进程状态或者进程个数的指标吗

Why is this needed:
比如我有个脚本，我并不会给这个脚本绑定一个端口号，每次运行脚本都是系统随机分配的端口号，每次都可能不一样，而我只关注这个脚本有没有正常运行，也就是我只关注这个进程状态是否正在运行或者进程个数是否大于0就行；目前咱们进程监控，没有进程状态或者个数的指标，能考虑新增这类指标吗
