重现步骤

使用 shouldUpdate 监听 type 数值切换，并且填写类型一数据，然后切换到类型二， shouldUpdate 内的类型一表单数据会被替换到类型二的表单内

期望结果

各自Form.FormItem控制各自的数据

实际结果

两边数据串了
