authkey解析时候的saltlen的获取逻辑 #68

经过测试，发现在证书链格式的ask秘钥中，部分手机会在authkey的秘钥字段中带上"rsa_pss_saltlen"字段，但是有些手机即便是采用了证书链格式的ask但是在authkey中却没有"rsa_pss_saltlen"字段，请问官方，这个rsa_pss_saltlen是固定的key吗？如果没有这个字段，saltlen是采用默认的20还是采用什么值来解析？发现rsa_pss_saltlen的是华为手机
并且还发现华为手机在最终验证阶段的info里会带上bo_t,这个字段是干什么用的，和加解密有关系吗？

有saltlen优先用saltlen，没有的话就是20
