例如我的SDK是：@npm/npm-cache，解析的时候会报错，将@npm解析为版本号

这个最近问题一个月内会优化，涉及到一些关键改动点

当前，我们的内网npm提供了两个地址：一个公共地址和一个项目地址。
当前hel模块只能推送到项目地址中，registry 设置第二个，需要命名空间 @your-scope是指定某个包的作用域
