云开发存储文件夹权限独立设置 #190

希望云开发存储根据每个文件夹设置不同的存储权限（所有用户可读、仅创建者可读......）
或者存储功能上分管理区域，不同管理区域不同权限，用户可以依据需要，在不同区域创建文件夹获得不同权限
