Ice Timeout

When I ru grailsw run-app, it will churn away for a while with output like the following:
[localhost-startStop-1] INFO basic.BasicReservationService - Setting RI price for ap-southeast-1 HEAVY r3.xlarge.windows 0.0 0.493

Then it'll error with this:

Hello, We're going to investigate. Could you give us more insight into how you start Ice ? Via docker, if so which image ? Via a CloudFormation ? Which base OS image ? Thanks, Nicolas

So to answer your question, it was launched via Docker. Bucket have full permission and I've used almost all default settings

Running it native on OS X 10.11.6 and it's doing the same thing. Just churning away seemingly forever picking up RI prices. Is there a way to limit that by region? I don't care about pricing anywhere aside from us-east-1.
