Request support for Google Cloud Spanner in TablePlus.

I've been using TablePlus for several years now, & I've been very impressed with its features & ease of use. However, I've recently started working with Spanner, & I'm finding TablePlus doesn't currently support it.

I believe adding support for Spanner would be a valuable addition to TablePlus, as it would allow users to manage their Spanner databases more easily.
