Data Migration: Generated options for MCQ/MSQ questions are duplicated on every page load

Steps to reproduce

1. Open migrated feedback session with a MSQ question with generated options e.g., teams
2. Refresh the page

Expected behaviour
Teams are listed only once

Actual behaviour
Teams are added to the list of options on every page load

Hi @dishenggg, I am unable to replicate the issue. Could you provide more information on how to replicate it?

Hi @itstrueitstrueitsrealitsreal, this problem only happens for migrated(SQL) courses, you can replicate it by adding a course manually into the postgres db

However this issue is likely to be fixed by one of the open PRs in the linked issue

For now, this issue is more like a reminder to check for this behaviour after a fix is deployed since it is functionality-breaking
