ShadowSocks Documentation can be confusing if V2ray plugin enabled

When a user installs streisand and enables the v2ray plugin, the documentation does not reflect the fact that you have to install the v2ray plugin for shadowsocks on the client for it to work.

The included documentation only tells you how to install shadowsocks and v2ray, but does not explicitly mention you must also install v2ray as well. This can be confusing for new users. Including an extra tidbit regarding that fact would be helpful.
