Cannot click window, doesn't keep dark theme on relaunch

Describe the bug
Sometimes I cannot click the window. My mouse clicks just go through.
As well, there is a 50% chance when restarting the program that it opens in light theme despite being set to dark theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the window clicking behavior:

1. Open program from system tray
2. Try clicking on it

Steps to reproduce the theme behavior:

1. Close application
2. Open application
