Components not working on Heroku

I have started to build an app using this theme, everything is working just fine on my localhost, but when I pushed the code to Heroku a lot of components did not show or work, such as the Nav Item and Dropdown for the User Information, or all the Collapsing features in the menu (you can check on https://testweb55.herokuapp... where I pushed the code as is). Is there anything else I need to do for this to work on Heroku? Thanks!
