Not holding charge(No Clue how to ask for help wanted)

My issue is I bought a Dstike Deauther SE (V1) its not holding charge I used the cable it came with didn't work. I changed to a different cable it didn't charge it worked the other day when I just got it. But its just not working today. Also the off switch turns it on and vice versa. Is is broken there is no noticeable damage and it is brand new.
