Infrastructure: Role-based access based on LA

When users are added to the AD, their LA is used as their role. This should then be used to:

• separate their data into a folder structure unique for their LA (see issue Infrastructure: Recognition and organisation of uploaded data into LA/dataset folder structure #64 )
• present this folder structure to the UI when they log in (see issue issue Infrastructure: File structure mounted to UI based on user role based permissions #61 )

• Test use of roles in Active Directory to configure the folders that are mounted to the UI
• Set up folder structure so that each LA (each role on the Active Directory) will have it's own structure, with an input folder per dataset, corresponding to Detect errors in files uploaded #38
