WIP. General Roadmap for v4.

• Target .NET 8
• v4 - Simplify ColorspaceConverter #2531
• v4 - Update SIMD usage to use Vector256<T>, Vector128<T>, and Vector64<T> where possible. #2532
• v4 Promote PixelTypeInfo to TPixel #2534
• Revisit SIMD pixel conversion pipelines and simplify/optimize (Are we overusing Unsafe API?).
• Performance pass for RGBA compatible converters.
• Expose general Convolution API
• Color conversion with ICC profiles #1567
• Support multi-sized (e.g. pyramid) TIFFs #1982
• How to make libraries compatible with native AOT This could possibly be a shared configuration.
• Add general metadata formats to allow easy conversion between explicit formats.
• Enhance color cache to allow greater precision for Non-alpha pixel fomats.
• Add API for metadata conversion between formats.

Do you see any use in new C#12 Features e.g. Inline Arrays?
