Simplify is soon launching a new feature to highlight bad recruiting practices directly on employer pages to alert candidates.

Bad recruiting practices can be anything such as:

  • Unreasonable take home (i.e. long unpaid work)
  • Ghosting a scheduled interview
  • Rude interviewer
  • Deceptive offer processes
  • Bait qualification process (eg. rate our app 5 stars)

We're still in the early stages of building this out, but you can report bad practices here. We will clean this up over the coming weeks (along with a design refresh).

In the meantime, if you see job postings on this repo that are not high quality or have similar issues, please open an issue to close them or report them here. As an example, this Reddit thread highlighted an issue with the Ramble AI posting, which is now being removed from this repository.
