Release wheels for SimpleITK with Elastix for Ubuntu

Is there a whay to get the built binaries for Python of SimpleITk and Elastix for Ubuntu similar to this:

https://pypi.org/project/SimpleITK-SimpleElastix/#files
So far only the Mac compatible wheels seem available.

Reading the documentation, the proposed solution is to build the library from source. However, I am unable to built f (due to dependency errors ) in the ubuntu server. I have limited rights but heavily depend on Elastix

Hello @mariamonzon,

Currently the core SimpleITK team does not have plans for supporting a binary distribution which includes SimpleElastix, we have limited bandwidth. This is a long term commitment in terms of maintenance.

@mstaring, @N-Dekker would you be able to provide this support?
