Upon starting my project, it always says this:

The issue goes away when I restart Visual Studio.

Also, it only seems to appear after the project has been built once.

Where can I find a more detailed log?

If I manually execute the following command in a cmd window, the output is simply RunTime 00:00:01.08

Well, I thought that I had fixed it twice. Looks like I was wrong.
Here is the gamestudio log:
