Feature request - 4th axis on location panel

Please add an option to activate fourth axis coordinate visible in "Location" panel.
or automatically show A axis if controller sends more than 3 coordinates

if $113 is available - this parameter is a A axis maximum speed
if $133 is available - this parameter is a A axis maximum travel

We're going to look at the DRO as part of the next UI update and will most likely include axes past X, Y, Z as part of the main DRO.

We're not planning on labelling anything in the main grbl firmware tool to support a-axis because vanilla GRBL does not support A axis.
