Describe the bug
Some of the offers are duplicates, eg. dot tech domains appears twice

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Look at the README file

Expected behavior
We'd expect the list to have unique (non duplicate) offers

If this is deemed problematic, I would be willing to fix this.
