Sidebar toggles position can be changed

The sidebar toggles generally are displayed towards the top of the screen and it is a really bad UI decision to place it on the bottom

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the website
2. Notice that the sidebar toggle button is placed incorrectly

Expected behaviour
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
