Ktorrent v5.1.1 in Linux KDE Neon not working

Hi SchizoDuckie,

Thanks again for this excellent application v1.1.5 which installs and works very well in Linux Mint 19.x and Linux KDE Neon both based on Ubuntu 18.04.

I could not get "Ktorrent" v5.1.1 in my Linux KDE Neon to work because for some reason it no longer has the web interface plugin? But, I also have the superb Tixati torrent client installed and it works very well with DuckieTV.

Havent checked this yet, but may contain the webui plugin, if the blog is correct.

I tried forcing 5.1.0 and it wouldn't even let me for the sake of dependencies.

Maybe it would be possible to integrate with scan folder plugin which just scans for torrent files?

It might be the case that there's no bug filed for this even, otherwise it could be the case that they disabled it for vulnerability.

Someone showed an interest in building a replacement webui recently (Feb 2018), https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390441 but there is no further signs of progress that I can spot so far.
