you need to make a folder for the problem and inside it 2 files -

  1. problem.cpp
  2. readme.md
    in readme the explanation of problem -
    problem statement
    algorithm
    time and space comeplexity

I have added 0-1 knapsack problem to the Problem folder. Also updated and created README.md files in folder Problem.
Here is the pull request: #6b3ed2d
