[BUG] CLI masking doesn't seem to be working? #483

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The web UI version masks the image fine, but when I try to use the CLI with batch processing, the mask I provide doesn't seem to work much at all? The images below are the input image and mask image as well as the weird output.

Software version used

  • lama-cleaner: IOPaint 1.2.2
  • pytorch: 2.2.0+cu121
  • CUDA: Not using? Maybe 8.9.2.26 based on pip update

got latest update via pip install -U iopaint

I have also tried replacing whitewith transparent in a png for the mask but that ended up making it do nothing at all
