Layout shows label "body" and title does not have a heading tag/not visible

Describe the bug
Page for an individual course has several layout issues https://irinazaks.sites.stanford.edu/node/786

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://irinazaks.sites.stanford.edu/node/786
2. See "Body" between node title and node body field

Expected behavior

• Name of the course should be have same heading as title on all other content types, like on event content type https://irinazaks.sites.stanford.edu/events/performance/gabrielle-li-senior-cello-recital
• Label "Body" should not be visible
• Other labels seem to be not styled in any way
