Hi Team,

Describe the Bug

As per my conversation with Gordon, the images served on Rules are blurry and low in quality. It also seems that Rules is serving the original file type.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.ssw.com.au/rules/use-pull-request-templates-to-communicate-expectations/
2. See blurry images

Expected Behavior

The images should be clear and high quality. Ideally we'd like to be serving webp when possible.
