♻️Widget - Get all latest rules data

Hi Team,

Widget v2 is now running on Rules, but it has some issues working with SSW.People.
I have upgraded the package to the latest version locally, and it seems like it doesn't display all the rules edited by a given author.

Option 1. (Recommended)

Query all data from past PRs (7k+) and add that data to the database so the widget has access to all of it

Option 2.

Deploy the widget v2 onto People but only show current + future data.
