Hi, I created a Bot around two weeks ago and it was working just fine. I went away for a couple of days and stopped using it for about a week. When I came back and tried to text on the webchat again, it didn´t work, this worries me because it is a bot for users I have no control over and I need it to be available for use anytime, no matter if it has been unused for some days or weeks, can you please help me?

I am working on a corporate account.

Hello,

Your bot is connected to a webchat channel, and you have embedded this webchat in your website, correct? or is it the the webchat test console in the platform?

When you type a new sentence in the webchat, do you receive it in Recast.AI platform (you can check that by going in your bot on the platform, in the monitor tab, do you see the sentence that you've sent in the log feed? if YES -> Then test the same sentence in the webchat console, you may have a pb in your Bot Builder flow.. if NO, ping me, we need to investigate more)

Hi, I tried in both the test console and the web channel. It is working now, for I have been making changes constantly, but at the time it wasn't recording the expressions on the monitor. Bassically, I went away for a few days and didn't interact with the bot in any channels. When I came back it wasn't working. To make it start again I had to click each skill on my bot builder, at first they looked empty like I hadn't created actions for them, then after a few seconds the content loaded and it worked again.

Thanks for the help!
