Improper closing tag in picture example.

The closing tag in the picture example should be </picture> not <picture>.

ricg.io is still the top result for "responsive issues community group" in Google. If we can't get the site into shape soon, maybe we should just take it down. We could register https://responsiveissues.org/ and redirect responsiveimages.org to it.

Oh no, it certainly isn't. I was referring to wilto's comments some months ago about how he thought this repo was a mess and best not to touch it. Until he (or another contributor) has a chance to work on it, maybe we should move some of the content (specifically, examples) from responsiveimages.org to here. We should also change element queries to container queries.
