Turn on experimental decoraters for TS

Hi,
I am trying to include a Lit element (lit.dev) into mdx which uses decoraters, I successfully integrated it in a typescript project by turning experimentalDecoraters on in my tsconfig. But in this project, I don't see any tsconfig file. I was wondering if there is a way to turn that on in this project?
Basically in the end I want to tell babel-loader to turn decorators on.

Hi Roman, I am on vacation right now, I'll check this out again when I am back I'll let you know. But I think if this was not actively fixed then it should still exist.
