The homepage should be a landing page with links to relevant parts of the site such as the FAQ, tier list search, creation of tier list, suggestions, and latest changes...

Additional information

Need to figure out what exactly we want on the homepage.

I think we need more information on what it should contain exactly.

For example, how many tier lists do we want to show, etc...
