First reported over xJon/Tekkit-2#135.

To Reproduce

  1. Install Railcraft beta-8 and Quark with its default features enabled.
  2. Setup a tank multiblock with a valve block placed on the bottom.
  3. Right click the valve block.

This is resolved by ACGaming/Quark@9325b5f, but Railcraft should probably still take a look at this issue.
