Hello guys,
I have a question and seems not able to find the answer, and need your help or check, thanks!

According to Github's "the best practices for using the REST API", it says:

Use conditional requests if appropriate

So I wonder how can I do that in PyGithub? Say I want to request some repo's README file, thanks!
