[Feat] Add submit screen / behaviour to editor #173

The question editor is almost complete but it is missing user feedback when submitting a PR.

Add a reverse button to allow users to reset the progress in the editor
Add a submit feedback modal / page, after successful PR. the page should invite the user to clean up their local editor state
