Can you provide more details? Any error messages, or does it just direct you to the default featured servers?

Also review the troubleshooting if you have not already https://github.com/Pugmatt/BedrockConnect/wiki/Troubleshooting

Already tried most of the troubleshooting.

But yes featured servers don't even show any sign of redirecting and I've even tried connecting to Hive regardless and I don't get the server list at all. Simply doesn't even attempt to redirect

Experiencing the same issue on switch. Could not connect to server: outdated server and unable to connect to world are the two errors that occur when trying to connect using The Hive

Switch Minecraft version 1.20
DNS used to generate outdated server issue: 104.238.130.180
Wifi used is IPv4 only

We've updated our bedrock server to 1.20 but the Switch isn't even getting to the server list provided from 104.238.130.180
Our updated server can be access from PS4, using phantom, and PS5.

This was due to a 1.20 Update. OP's problem has not been solved. But this was fixed in the latest commit 8c508d8

Comfirmed resolved using a Switch running 1.20
