Make sure that the metadata server url is empty(Settings>APIs>Metadata Server).

Ok then post the prism logs that are inside the following folder:
Windows
%APPDATA%/PrismLauncher\logs
Scoop
%HOMEPATH%\scoop\persist\prismlauncher\logs
macOS
~/Library/Application Support/PrismLauncher/logs
Linux
~/.local/share/PrismLauncher/logs
Flatpak
~/.var/app/org.prismlauncher.PrismLauncher/data/PrismLauncher/logs

Just the file that ends with a 0.

Looks like the content of the C:/Users/GamerJadson/AppData/Roaming/PrismLauncher/ folder is not writable by the launcher.
This may be to the fact that you runned Prism once as administrator and that made the folder modifieble only by the admin user.
Please make sure that the mentoned folder is writable by your current user then try again.

No. I already tried to run the launcher with and without administrator permissions. Tried to delete the folder and reconfigure with/without administrator mode but no success

Can you access https://meta.prismlauncher.org/v1/net.minecraft/index.json inside your browser?
Does the portable build work for you?

PrismLauncher-0.log Portable version log

That is not the portable log. The log for portable is inside the folder where the executable is.
But presuming that neither the portable build works, try changing your dns server or check for any firewalls that may block prism, or even disable temporary your antivirus.

It was working well at morning, then I decided to stop and returned a couple hours later and the i found that the launcher is "offline". Im using the portable version and checked the same things you told the op.
Right now I have all my antivirus turned off and i allowed prism launcher in my firewall, so now idk what else to do

Ok, I think I solved it. I just downloaded again the portable version, and unzip it in my previous folder and overwriting what needed. Idk why my previous installation stopped working but this a solution i think

So, I decided to go on another partition on my PC using Windows 10 too (the window style is just a theme), but no success.

Well, apparently, Prism Launcher is somehow no longer compatible with Windows 10.
Installed a Windows 11 to go system on a USB hard drive and Prism Launcher worked just fine!
The only problem is that Windows 11 performance is not good for me, I prefer Windows 8.1/10

Ok, strange that it works on win11 but let's go back to win10.
Did you try to install the OpenSSL and no dice?
Can you try the following version and post the logs of that: PrismLauncher-Windows-MSVC-Portable-e4e5546-Debug ?
On that build, I added a log that would print more information about the error.

Installed OpenSSL and nothing happened, I even rebooted the PC, but the problem persists.
The version you gave me throwed this error

Back to my other partition with a more "stock" Windows 10, I managed to open the launcher.
Still getting the same error.

From the log it looks like there is an error related to the openssl stuff, most probably it can not be detected by prism.
Try adding the openssl binary folder to the path variable.
Here is a link for the installing the openssl stuff https://www.wilivm.com/blog/install-openssl-on-windows-10-11/
But if that doesn't solve the issue I have no clue why prism doesn't work.

Here are a few references for devs:

I've done everything I could but unfortunately nothing worked.

My conclusion is that the way the launcher is developed no longer supports Windows 10. I don't understand development and coding but I think it could be something related to "API" or something like that, a little experience from someone who has tried to use new programs on old systems.

It still supports win10 (I tested it myself) but there is an error regarding the requests prism does.
You can try to see if the old version of prism does work, try 7.2(guaranteed win10 support) or 8.0(here we dropped support for win7/8).
You can find old releases: https://github.com/PrismLauncher/PrismLauncher/releases
Please let me know if any of the mentioned versions worked.
