Epic ticket based on discussion 2023-12-20
will start with 3 checks: labels, derivatives, collection. Further checks can be added in the future as needed.
checks will probably be solr-based, so a failure anywhere up to the point something is reindexed will be caught.
checks will likely be launched from a given importer page, however wickr suggested also being able to launch from other contexts, eg the admin view of a collection.
we discussed visibility, but unlike the other checks which are existence checks, visibility would first need to establish what the 'correct' value is, so this is a potential future addition. Complex objects are a similar problem.

Related note, wickr also interested in having some way for admins to check status, i.e. did all the jobs finish, without having to hunt around in sidekiq dashboard. Needs to be fleshed out.
