Hi

I am trying to convert spectral library for use on OSW (from .mrm to tsv) using TargetedFIleConverter.
I get the following error (see screenshot).

I built library using OpenMS pipeline from raw DDA files (COmet, iProphet, SpectraST).

When I use topass workflow, I get a different error (see screenshot)

I am using version OpenMS 3.1.0.

Any suggestions?
