few options throw 'undefined error' -reg

Thanks for this useful tool. While using this tool, it gave an "undefined" error while using the following four options (when excluded, it worked) and these were not listed in the set of options that it showed. Any mistake from my side on its usage? If so, what is the procedure to enable these options, please help out.
--unpaired1 = "file_R1.fastq.gz"
--unpaired2 = "file_R2.fastq.gz"
--failed_out = "fail.fastq.gz"
--dont_overwrite
