I have the exact same error.

Brand new install on windows 11 WSL Ubuntu-20.04.

I did try the listed ssh command but that does nothing;

$ ssh -v -p 55565 [email protected]

Confirmed that docker desktop is running with epic_lovelace and opendevin-sandbox-{guid} containers active

So, I was able to fix the issue.

Seems like docker desktop on my Macbook requires me to be logged in to be able to use host networking.

@VictorBargains Check for the same on your ubuntu system.
