Currently, when the documentation is generated for some languages and then regenerated with some extra languages, no new index file will be generated for the newly added languages.

Say you have en, es in OnToology configuration for your ontology and OnToology generated the documentation using Widoco. After that, you decided that you also want the documentation in it so you added it to the configuration. When regenerating the documentation, OnToology will detect that the documentations has already been generated and hence will pass the equivalent flags to only update the existing documentations (en and es) and won't generate one for italian because it detected that the documentations is already exists in the repo for that ontology.
