Refactor blocking to be uni-directional

In order to avoid stalking from people that formerly blocked a person, we want to make blocking uni-directional.

This means.

One person can have the other person blocked while the other doesnt.

• Both persons can find each other profiles but see they have blocked them / they have been blocked
• When blocking someone, the block is applied bidirectionally, meaning if someone unblocks someone, they can stalk the person as its blocked on their end
