The indices in the trade balance equation are incorrect.

Line 99

EBa10_EnergyBalanceEachTS4(r,rr,l,f,y).. Trade(r,rr,l,f,y) =e= -Trade(r,rr,l,f,y);

should have region indices swapped r,rr to rr,r.
