This could be implemented but I don't have time to invest into new features. PR are very welcome if you do have time to invest into this features |

I reached out to Microsoft and the Graph API does support subscriptions, much like EWS did. It would be of benefit for some and probably allow them to transition from EWS (eg exchangelib) to the Graph API sooner if this library could support that.
