I want a graphical interface that lets me create models without writing text files

Description

As a non-technical system engineer, I want a graphical interface that lets me create models without writing text files so that I can create models without having to learn a new language/syntax.

Acceptance Criteria

• A type of graphical interface (i.e. web app, desktop app, etc) is chosen
  => time box: 1 day
• Library/Libraries to use for the graphical interface (i.e. React, Angular, Swing, Electron, etc) is/are chosen
  => time box: 1 day
• Given a chosen graphical interface library, when it is evaluated by security personnel, then the chosen library is authorized for use in a secure environment.
• Given a decision on the interface type and libraries, when I run the interface, then I see the application title.

Notes

• By "run" we mean that for the type of interface chosen, the interface can be viewed. For a web app, that would be navigating to the URL. For a desktop app, that would be opening the application.

Be sure to limit the library selection to something that can be used in a secure environment. A good way to check this: look for it in Ironbank and see if it is approved.
