The boilerplate project (https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat-boilerplate) uses Ignition, but it is having to invoke it through run rather than a cleaner use of ignition-core utils.

With the latest version of Hardhat Ignition v0.15.1 the boilerplate should be updated.
